Tony has just played buttons in Cinderella for Paul Holman in Telford, the stage newspapaer said "Tony Howes as buttons stole the show".
Tony trained at National Youth Theatre and Bristol Old Vic
Theatre school, where he received the Best actor award for comedy.
WEST END credits include lead roles in Secret diary
of Adrian mole; The Wyndham Theatre; The Hobbit; Fortune Theatre; and Lady be
good the West end musical with Benard Cribbins; for which Tony was nominated
for the Olivier award. Then, Tommy Steele directed Tony as Cosmo in Singin in
the Rain at the London Palladium. On USA Broadway he played Scotty in,
Good Lads. Tony then starred as lead in part Bill Snibson in the musical tap
dancing all singing Me and my Girl. He then toured as the Gangster Moonface
Martin in Anything Goes and he played the tramp in the show recent Salad days
both recent number 1 tours.

episodes of Lift off, 17 episodes of Coppers n Co. Guest starred in It's
wicked, Hidden camera show, Saturday Superstore, Two series of Hanger 17,
Mysti, Live 'n' Kicking, BBC 2's Play it again, Pulaski, and Blue Peter
for BBC 1. On ITV1 Midsomer murders, The Bill, Raise the roof,
All in Good Faith with Richard Briers, Wizziwig, The Disney Club, Everything
must go and Zig 'n' Zag show with Ant 'n' Dec for Channel 4.
On Film he starred in Macbeth and William Tell, now
available on DVD. Numerous adverts for ITV including dodgy Video Market
Trader in anti pirate video for 7 years.
On BBC Radio 4 lead parts in Hard Times, Tower of
Constance, The Messenger and Beau Geste. For BBC Radio 3 Tony performed
his one man show of A Midsummer Nights Dream playing over seventeen parts in
different accents. Daily Mail wrote "Tony Howes as Puck was hilarious with a
Monty Python comedy touch.".
Recent theatre includes: lead roles in Shakespear's The
comedy of errors, and Pericles, The Rivals, She Stoops to Conquer. On tour
around Japan and world tour. Abigail's party; The Provoked Wife, What the
butler saw, Normal heat; Privates on parade, and lead comedy roles and dames in
numerous pantomimes at Manchester palace, Watford, Northampton Royal, Bradford,
Oxford Playhouse, Windsor theatre royal, Bristol Old Vic and Guilford
